How do I get CodeBreaker Meeting Advisor?
Your AI Meeting Advisor is already set up. All you need to do is record a Meeting to the cloud. After the Meeting, you will receive a CodeBreaker Meeting Advisor report. If you have any questions, please email [email protected]
Please check if you are the only user on the account. Sign into https://zoom.us Go to User Management / User and be sure there is only one email on the account. Go to Room Management / Zoom Rooms and be sure you do not have a Zoom room. Go to Account Management / Billing and be sure you do not owe Zoom an outstanding balance. If any of these three items need to be fixed, please email us after you do so and we will resend the invitation.
How do I update my Credit Card or billing information?
Please go to My Account and enter your email and password or click on forgot password to reset. You can then update your information and/or reset your password.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your subscription, please fill out the contact form and contact our support team.
